In individual therapy, treatment involves once or twice weekly meetings (same day and time each week) over a period of months. Through this work, we will explore and understand your core beliefs, feelings, behaviors, and interpersonal interactions. The more honest and vulnerable you are in your sessions, the more you will get out of them, and the faster you will progress. So, it's important that you know that I want to know as much as you are willing to share. And if there are things you absolutely cannot bear to tell me, we can still get a lot accomplished together with the information you feel comfortable sharing. I'll work with you to gain greater insight into your true needs and wants, so you can make choices that best serve you.
